- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Heat first 4 ingredients in saucepan until warm.

2Add yeast. When yeast is bubbly, stir in eggs.

3Add flour gradually while kneading.

4Place in a large greased bowl and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours until double in size.

5Punch down lightly and divide into thirds.

6Roll 1/3 of the dough into a 12-inch circle. Cut into 8 pieces, like a pie, then roll each piece from the wide end to the pointed end.

7Repeat with remaining dough.

8Place rolls on greased baking sheet and let rise again, 30 minutes or until double in size.

9Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes, but watch carefully so they don't burn.

10Makes 24 rolls.
