  • 4 skinned, boned chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 c. low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. seasoned flour (1 Tbsp. onion flakes, 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. pepper)
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 2 tsp. margarine

    Add onion flakes, parsley flakes and pepper to flour and mix.

    Coat chicken with seasoned flour.
