- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. rosemary (optional)
- 7 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
- 1 tsp. coarse salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.

2Add honey, rosemary and 1 tablespoon of oil.

3Sift in half the flour and salt and stir well.

4Knead in remaining flour.

5Pour 2 tablespoons of oil on a 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet.

6Press dough into an even layer on the pan.

7Pour remaining 4 tablespoons of oil over the dough and sprinkle with coarse salt.

8Bake 25 minutes at 400°.
