- 1 tbsp mild honey
- 2 tsp nutmeg plus extra for garnish
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 bottle Crispin Pear cider
- 4 oz. heavy cream
Directions

1In medium saucepan mix Crispin, honey and 1 tsp nutmeg and heat until boil.

2While heating cider, in large mixing bowl whip heavy cream, nutmeg and brown sugar until stiff peaks form.

3Turn off heat under cider mix when it begins to boil.

4Pour into coffee mugs and top with whip cream and garnish with nutmeg sprinkles
