- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 pound Thin Sliced, Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Bacon Bits
- Salt And Pepper As Desired
- 1 cup Milk
Directions

1On the stovetop, heat a skillet on medium heat.

2Add oil and allow it to heat while you prepare the chicken.

3In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, bacon bits and any seasonings that sound good.

4Add milk into a separate dish.

5Immerse chicken breasts in the milk, one at a time.

6After dipping in the milk, dip the breast into the bread crumb mixture and coat thoroughly.

7Place chicken into the pan and cook over medium heat for approximately 5-8 minutes and then turn the chicken over.

8Turn heat to low, cover the skillet and cook another 5 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
