- 60 grams Butter
- 50 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 130 grams Cake flour
- 1 teabag Black tea leaves
Directions

1Bring the butter to room temperature to soften.

2Cream the butter and sugar until the mixture turns pale.

3Add the egg yolk, and mix some more.

4Fold in the ingredients marked .

5Bring the dough together.

6Wrap the dough and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

7Cover with plastic wrap and roll out to a thickness of 5 mm.

8Cut the dough into shapes of your choice.

9Bake for 17 - 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C, and they're done.
