- 6 to 8 chicken cutlets
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped celery or 1 c. sauteed mushrooms
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 box Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Put chicken in buttered casserole dish. Cover each cutlet with Swiss cheese.

3Add mushrooms or celery. Mix soup and wine.

4Pour over chicken and cheese.

5Melt butter and combine with stuffing mix.

6Top casserole with stuffing.

7Bake for 35 to 45 minutes uncovered.
