  • 6 to 8 chicken cutlets
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery or 1 c. sauteed mushrooms
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 box Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Put chicken in buttered casserole dish. Cover each cutlet with Swiss cheese.

    Add mushrooms or celery. Mix soup and wine.

    Pour over chicken and cheese.

    Melt butter and combine with stuffing mix.

    Top casserole with stuffing.

    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes uncovered.
