  • 1-1/4 qt. celery, chopped
  • 1-1/4 qt. red onions, finely chopped
  • 2-1/2 cups red peppers, finely chopped
  • 3-1/3 cups KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing
  • 2-1/2 cups Dry bread crumbs, divided
  • 10 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

    Mix chicken, celery, onion, pepper, dressing and 1-1/4 cups of the bread crumbs (or 2 Tbsp.

    Shape chicken mixture into patties, using 1 cup of the chicken mixture for each patty; cover.
