  • 2 heads Garlic
  • 4 Tablespoons Canola Oil

Directions

    Peel apart and mince all the garlic cloves. Add oil to a small sauce pan and heat to meduim-high heat. Add garlic and let it softly simmer for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside or serve!

    To store: Leave the garlic in the oil to keep longer and stay crispy. I like to keep it in a ramekin, covered with plastic wrap. It'll keep for months!
