- 3 bartlett pears (halved and cored)
- 13 cup flour
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup sugar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 14 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 5 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
- 34 cup rolled oats
- maple syrup (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Place pear halves skin down on parchment lined baking sheet.

3Pulse flour, brown sugar, sugar, spices and salt in food processor to combine, then pulse in butter until crumbly, then the oats.

4Pack mixture on top of pear halves (thick) & bake for 25 minute.

5Drizzle with maple syrup & serve warm.
