- 1 c. margarine (room temperature)
- 1 c. sugar (white)
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Grease baking sheets.

3Cream margarine and sugar and vanilla with mixer until fluffy.

4Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.

5Stir into creamed mixture.

6Use wooden spoon to stir in cereal.

7Use 1 tablespoon dough for each cookie leaving space between each.

8Bake until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.

9Rotate pan if cookies bake unevenly.

10Transfer to cooling rack with metal spatula.
