- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. canned consomme
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs (fine)
- finely crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except corn flake crumbs and mix well. Shape into small balls and roll in corn flake crumbs.

2Fry in hot deep oil (375°) until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

3These appetizers can be frozen up to 6 weeks and reheated for 15 minutes in a 375° oven.

4Yield: 4 dozen.
