- 2 eggs (white)
- 40 g sugar
- 40 g walnuts (crushed)
- 10 g starch
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 110C/230F.

2Roast walnuts and crush them (or you can use nuts powder).

3Beat eggs white.

4Add sugar in 2-3 times separately, and beat well till it becomes stiff, like a fine sponge.

5Add starch and walnuts and mix gently.

6Put the meringue into a plastic bag with a metal mouth and wring it out to make nice shape.

7Put it into the oven and bake for about an hour, make it completely dry.

8Keep them with a strong desiccant.
