- 1 large baking potato
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- salt
- paprika or a seasoned salt
Directions

1Scrub potato; cut in half lengthwise.

2Make diagonal slashes about 1/8-inch deep in cut surface of potato, forming crisscross pattern.

3Brush cut surface with butter; season with salt or seasoned salt.

4Place in small shallow pan or on piece of foil. Bake in hot oven (400°) for 40 minutes.

5Sprinkle potato with paprika (optional).

6Bake 10 minutes more or until done.

7Serves 2. (You can wrap potato in foil and place on your grill; turn every 5 to 10 minutes until done.)
