- 2 ham hocks or 1/2 lb. bacon, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. brown sugar or molasses
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 can beer
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Directions
