  • 1 1/2 pounds beef chuck steak
  • 13 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large onions sliced
  • 1 large green bell peppers sliced
  • 1 pound tomatoes, canned
  • 1 can mushrooms drained
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
  • 10 ounces green beans, canned

Directions

    Put steak strips, flour, salt and pepper in crock pot, strirring well to coat meat.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours, or 5 hours on LOW and 2 hours on HIGH.
