- 1/2 bottle liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. each: celery salt, garlic salt or powder, seasoned salt and onion salt or powder
Directions

1Sprinkle dry ingredients on brisket and then pour liquid smoke over brisket.

2Wrap tightly in foil and place in crock-pot.

3Cook on low 8 to 12 hours.

4There will be a lot of juice when done; save some to mix with the barbecue sauce.

5This can also be cooked in a slow oven.

6I cook mine in the oven overnight at about 225°.
