- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) wide egg noodles
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) sliced pepperoni, halved
- 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles according to pkg. directions.

2Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

3Stir in spaghetti sauce,

4mushrooms and Italian seasoning.

5Drain noodles.

6In a 5 qt. slow cooker coated with nonstick cooking spray, spread a third of the meat sauce. Cover with a third of the noodles and pepperoni.

7Sprinkle with a third of the cheeses.

8Repeat layers twice.

9Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted. Yield: 6-8 servings.
