- 2 1/2 - 4 lbs boneless pork shoulder (Boston Butt)
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup your favorite barbecue rub (#318843)
- 1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
Directions

1Coat the pork with the rub. Place in a plastic bag overnight in the fridge.

2Next morning, put the juice and vinegar in crockpot and add the pork.

3Start the crock on high, turn down to low after an hour and a half.

4Cook for 12 to 14 hours total.

5Remove the pork and let rest for at least one-half hour.

6Shred the pork on a roll with Mutha Sauce (#318384), or your favorite sauce.
