- 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 to 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 to 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- salt and pepper (optional)
- garlic powder (optional)
Directions

1Slice potatoes and layer in crock-pot.

2Add sliced onions, carrots and celery.

3Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Add garlic powder, if desired.

6Pour meat over vegetables in crock-pot.

7Pour tomato soup and 1 can of water on top.

8Cover and cook on low for
