- 8 c. bread crumbs (one 16 oz. loaf bread), broken in small pieces
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. chicken or turkey broth
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Prepare bread crumbs and place in large mixing bowl.

2Saute onion and celery in butter.

3Pour over bread cubes.

4Add seasonings and toss.

5Moisten bread cubes with broth and place lightly into slow cooker.

6(Spray a little Pam in the cooker.) Cover and set on high for 1 hour.

7Turn setting to low and cook for an additional 1/2 hour.

8Serves 6.
