  • 30 oz Bag of Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1 lb Sausage, Browned & Drained
  • 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

    Spray your Crockpot with non-stick spray.

    Layer hash browns, cooked sausage, and cheeses 2 or 3 times.

    In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Drizzle over top.

    Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-10.
