Crockpot Pork Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Pork, cut into bite size pieces or strips
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 envelope Brown gravy mix
  • 1/2 envelope French onion soup mix
  • 2 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dried dill
  • 1 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup White wine
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Cooked egg noodles or rice

Directions

    Melt butter and oil in a large pan.

    Dredge your porkchops in the flour, placing them in the pan and saute until just browned.

    Add your porkchops along with the drippings and all the scrapings to the crockpot.

    Add all your other ingredients except for the sourcream into the crockpot.

    Cook on low for eight hours or high for four.

    Add your sour cream and stir well.

    Enjoy over cooked egg noodles, rice or even mashed potatoes!
