  • 2 cups cottage cheese cream style
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese or American
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Thaw and drain spinach.

    Squeeze as much water as possible.

    Cube cream cheese, butter and cheese.

    Add to drained spinach.

    Slightly beaten eggs.

    Add flour, salt and combine with spinach and cheeses.

    Grease crockpot.

    Cook 1 hour at high; 4 to 5 hours on low.
