Ingredients
- 13 cup margarine
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves fresh, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme or marjoram
- 8 ounces mushrooms, canned canned
- 6 1/2 cups bread cut into cubes
- 2 cups soup, cream of mushroom with water added to equal 2 cups
- 1 large eggs well beaten
Directions

1Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in margerine until tender, approximately 7 minutes.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Add egg last.

4Pour mixture into crockpot, cover, cook on high 45 minutes.

5Turn heat to low for 5 to 8 hours.

6Determine if you should use full amount of liquid by the moistness of the cubes.

7For large recipe 13 to 14 cups, double all ingredients except soup.
