- 10 large potatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (2 c., reserve 1/2 c.)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. corn flakes
Directions

1Boil potatoes with bay leaf, not too soft.

3Peel and grate (on coarse grater).

4Add butter to soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese and green onions.
