  • 1 c. stone-ground whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. coconut flakes
  • 6 oz. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Place margarine and honey in pan; when melted, add baking soda.

    As soon as this mixture froths, add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    Spread in jelly roll pan. Pat down mixture.

    Bake about 25 minutes until brown.

    Cut immediately.
