- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. coconut flakes
- 6 oz. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place margarine and honey in pan; when melted, add baking soda.

3As soon as this mixture froths, add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

4Spread in jelly roll pan. Pat down mixture.

5Bake about 25 minutes until brown.
