- 1 small apple
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 oz. Grape-Nuts
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Core and slice the apple.

2Add water and cinnamon.

3Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or you could microwave 5 minutes.

4Combine cottage cheese, vanilla, yogurt and sugar.

5Put on top of baked apple mixture.

6Sprinkle Grape-Nuts and nutmeg on top.
