  • 1 avocado, peeled and destoned
  • 3 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce or 1 dash pepper sauce
  • lemon juice
  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 12 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 lettuce, shredded
  • fresh ground black pepper

Directions

    Mash the avocado, sun dried tomatoes and Tabasco together.

    Squeeze in a little lemon juice to taste.

    Place the avocado mash on the tortilla, then the bean sprouts and lettuce, and pepper to taste, and roll the wrap.
