- 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce

1Combine vodka, applejack, lemon juice, cranberry sauce, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until shaker is frosty. Strain into a coupe glass and top with sparkling wine.
