- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Put cottage cheese in blender and beat until smooth; add to cream cheese and mix well.

2Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each.

3Add sugar slowly, then cornstarch, vanilla, lemon juice, melted butter and sour cream in that order.

4Pour into spring-form pan that has been well buttered and dusted with vanilla wafer crumbs.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

6Turn off. Leave in oven for 1 hour.
