- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- potatoes
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Peel and cut potatoes into wedges.

2Cook potatoes until soft but not mushy.

3Drain off water.

5Mix all other ingredients.

6Coat potatoes with dry mixture and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
