  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • potatoes
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Directions

    Melt butter or margarine in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Peel and cut potatoes into wedges.

    Cook potatoes until soft but not mushy.

    Drain off water.

    Set aside.

    Mix all other ingredients.

    Coat potatoes with dry mixture and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
