- 2 1/4 pounds smoked gammon joint 21/4lb
- 1 tablespoon Maille Wholegrain mustard
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 7 15/16 ounces french beans Thin, trimmed
- 1 3/4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Maille Dijon Mustard

1Mix the Maille(R) Dijon Wholegrain Mustard and brown sugar, and press onto the exposed fat. Place in a pre-heated oven at Gas mark 6 / 400°F / 200°C for around 15 minutes, until the mustard topping has crusted onto the gammon.

2At the same time, cook the beans in lightly salted boiling water until just tender. Drain and toss with butter. Add Maille(R) Dijon Originale mustard and toss again. Serve with slices of gammon.
