- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. Brie, Camembert or St. Andre

3Cut down through bread, but leave shell intact (about 1/2-inch thick on sides and bottom crust).

8Around rim of shell, with knife, make cuts 1 1/2-inches deep and 1 1/2 inches apart.
