  • hash brown frozen potatoes
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tsp. diced onions
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. corn flakes

Directions

    Mix together potatoes, salt, pepper, sour cream, soup and diced onions.

    Put the corn flakes and melted oleo on top.

    Bake at 350° in 9 x 12-inch pan for 45 to 50 minutes.
