- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 medium green pepper
- 1/2 medium red pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup cooking wine/white wine
- 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 small canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup pimento stuffed salad olives
Directions

1Heat skillet with about 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil

2when oil is mildly hot add ground beef

3add chopped onion, garlic powder, green and red peppers, salt, and pepper

4break down the meat and frequently stir all ingredients into meat.

5keep breaking up the beef.

6once you get meat grounded and cooked, throw away excess grease.

7add the canned tomato sauce, cooking wine, and bay leaf

8cook for 15 minutes on medium low..then add olives, continue cooking on low another 10 min.
