  • 6 cube steaks
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Brown cube steaks.

    Place in casserole dish.

    Can add a little dry onion soup mix.

    Add the cream of chicken soup and a little water.

    Bake at 325° to 350° for 2 hours or until tender.

    Gravy can be used to put over potatoes.

    Can also cook on top of stove. Simmer for 1/2 to 1 hour or until tender.
