  • 1 large onion
  • all-purpose flour
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • oil
  • salt

    Preheat oven to 350°. In large skillet, heat 1/2-inch oil over medium heat. Flour cubed steak and brown on both sides about 3 minutes each side. Place cubed steak in baking dish.
