  • 1 can deviled ham
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 4 small bell peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. bacon fat
  • corn bread, crumbled

    Cut tops from peppers.

    Remove seeds. Combine all ingredients. Stuff peppers with mixture. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
