- 50 cubed steaks (equal size)
- 13 c. chicken broth
- 12 c. chopped celery
- 25 c. water
Directions

1Mix flour and water thoroughly for thickening.

2Brown steaks on both sides, then dip in flour, salt and pepper.

3Cook celery ahead of time, then add to broth and add both to steaks.

4(You need a large turkey roaster or an electric roaster for this amount.) Chopped onion is available, but not too much.

5Bake until very tender (2 or 3 hours).

6After cooking about an hour, add some thickening.

7Don't use too much, just to slightly thicken juice. When serving, add thickened juice to each serving.

8Servings should all be the same size, one per person.
