Cucumber Dip

  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and dip mix
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    On a paper towel, cut and remove seeds from the cucumber. Finely chop the cucumber and drain.

    Stir together the yogurt, soup mix and dill.
  3. 3
    Put in a covered container and refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
  4. 4
    Stir in the sour cream and cucumber.
  5. 5
    Serve. Makes approximately 3 cups.
