- 1 pt. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 2 c. flour
- sugar
- cinnamon
- 1 box currants
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients and chill overnight.

2Divide dough into 3 parts.

3Roll each out thicker than pie crust into a rectangle.

4Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and 1/3 box currants across each piece of dough, then dot each roll with butter.

5Roll like a jelly roll. Flatten a little across top of roll with rolling pin. Bake at 350° to 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not grease pan.
