  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. cake flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 slightly beaten egg white
  • 1 c. ground pecans

    Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk and beat well with a mixer. Add vanilla, cake flour and salt.
