  • 2 14 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 12 cups plus 1 tbsp garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 14 cup currants

    combine the first 6 ingredients.

    with an electric mixer add the oil and sugar until well mixed.

    with mixer on low , alternatly add the flour mix and rice milk a little at a time until blended.

    chill the dough for 3 hours or over night.

    preheat oven to 360.

    dust your counter with flour.

    knead the currents into the chilled dough and then form the dough in a 2- inc thick disc.

    cut the disc into 8 wedges.

    place on a parchment lined cokie sheet
