- 2 c. blanched whole almonds
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°. In 8 or 9-inch cake pan, combine almonds and melted butter. Toast in oven 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add curry powder and salt; toss until thoroughly coated. Transfer to waxed paper to cool.

2Store almonds in tightly covered container.
