- 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 tsp. each poppy seed, sesame seed and chopped mint leaves
- 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Disjoint chicken wings and place into a large bowl (save tips for soup or stock).

2Add poppy and sesame seed, mint, curry powder, salt and lemon juice.
