  • 2 cups corn kernels (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
  • 12 teaspoon curry powder
  • 12 cup light sour cream
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

    Put first 4 ingredients into saucepan.

    Saute for 1 minute.

    Cover and simmer slowly until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.

    Add sour cream, salt and pepper.
