- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 None green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions

1Bring 1/2 cup water, stock and curry powder to a boil in small saucepan.

2Combine couscous in medium heatproof bowl with stock mixture; cover. Let stand about 5 mins or until water is absorbed, fluffing with fork occasionally.

3Stir remaining ingredients into couscous.
