Ingredients
- 1 lb imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14 cup margarine
- 14 cup flour
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 34 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon curry powder (or more, to taste)
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 14 cup lemon juice
- rice
- soy sauce
Directions

1Cook onion & garlic in margarine until tender.

2Stir in flour.

3Combine milk, coconut milk, curry & bouillon.

4Gradually add the milk mixture, stirring until smooth.

5Over medium heat, cook & stir until thickened.

6Add lemon juice, reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes.

7Add imitation crab meat & cook 10 minutes longer.

8Serve over cooked rice with soy sauce.
