Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
  • 1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Drain fruit well and arrange in a 8 x 12 x 2-inch pan or baking dish.

    Blend sugar, cornstarch, margarine and curry powder together.

    Pour over fruit.

    Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
